Nope. Record of Lodoss War is a great anime. Although a bit dated.

My buddies and I literally had drinking parties watching the DVDs. Used to piss ourselves at the "The Second Part" chibi omake sections.

I really prefer the second part of Lodoss, but damn, the chibi segment was unnecesary xD

Although I prefer the manga version of heroic knight.
