I realize it's not something I should concern myself with on this site, but...this is some serious escher girls material. Though I know that's not icontrol's fault.
Stop worrying about it, and just enjoy the picture, dammit!

It's only ever a problem when it's a sexy pose. When a pose is sexy, all of a sudden people go from being completely fine with artistic exaggeration to believing only hyper-realism is valid. It's nothing more than a hypocritical double standard set by puritans.
(also, the "You can see the side boob and butt" pose is not anatomically impossible. I can imitate it and I'm a very overweight guy. A fit flexible woman would have an easier time than I.)

Escher girls is absolute BS. One of the biggest rules for creating a dynamic and interesting pose is to EXAGGERATE. We don't see people complaining "Hey this dude is leaning so far forward with his angry walk he would fall flat on his face due to gravity." or "Your muscles don't expand THAT much when you flex"
I was wondering what on earth "escher girls" meant. So it's a similar complaint to the offended "Where are her organs?!" bawling you often see on tumblr and twitter.

Ah, but who is bawling harder: the people complaining, or the people complaining about complaining?

That is one of the great philosophical questions. Namely, "who's saltier?"

Ah, but who is bawling harder: the people complaining, or the people complaining about complaining?
The two are not comparable, in my opinion; as the complainers are trying to take things away, and the people complaining about the complaining are trying to protect something they like from being taken away. And yes, every censorious complainer says "I'm not trying to take your toys away" but in the same breath they always say "But your toys need to stop being made"
So, the former is angry that other people are having fun; the later are angry that their fun is being messed with.
