Okay, so what happened to Saber? Well Artoria. I've seen some none Hentai art/cg of her like this. Not that I'm complaining but what happened that she looks so different than what I remember (for example Unlimited Blade Works anime).

Fate grand order has nothing to do with the original fate series. In fgo this form of Artoria was summoned under the ruler class in the bunny form. Camelot casino xD. So yeah. Maybe check her lines on YouTube or wiki. Too much to explain

Okay. As for why she has big tiddies . This artoria lost Excalibur which halted her aging due to its scabbard. Instead she opted for the holy lance rhongomyniad. Changing her class from saber to lancer, allowing her to age and develop an awesome rack at the cost of slowly losing her emotions due to the lances power slowly making her into a godlike figure.

As for the bunny suit. Ehhh half serious event in Fate grand order where she and a bunch of other servants found and run incredibly successful casinos

It's basically the swimsuit/summer event version of Lancer Artoria. Lancer Artoria in turn is a properly grown up Artoria wielding the holy lance Rhongomyniad rather than Excalibur.
