Nah, the episode was released early on CN's app. It was supposed to premiere after a showing of the Movie at an event, but the event was canceled cause of corona and all that.

Steven is going through a lot of issues currently in Future. Basically Steven Universe Future is a giant series about Steven going through the mental breakdown he should have had ever since the show began. For some this is great because finally the show has stakes regarding its main character who can't just sing himself out of a situation, for others this is just a slow burn mental breakdown that will likely end in Steven corrupting himself before being defeated and getting better somehow.

The scene in context: Steven finds himself in a situation where his mind is essentially linked to White Diamond and what he thought he could at first use for a therapeutic mean ends with him giving finally into his deep seated anger over all the things people made him go through (White in particular) so he abuses her for like a minute before snapping out of it.
