You could technically make some yourself. The program he's using seems to be Koikatsu!, and it's actually a pretty straightforward system to use. I'm planning to do some MC VN myself with it as well.

the sad truth is, it's not for you the readers to decide what happen to an original story, gotta wait for the artist to do their magic, I had COM3D2 myself but can't find me writing any decent MC story, feel just weird to masturbate on something you working yourself out tbh
