For the record, as I was writing this, I had the idea that each of them was given different brainwashing, which is why their eyes are different:

Penny (Empty Eyes): Thinks she's a robot meant to obey her owner
Pyrrha (Heart Eyes): Lovestruck
Nora (Spiral Eyes): Horny Sex slave
