Exactly what are you wanting translated? The signs in the background are likely advertisements. B, S, and O stand for Balls, Strikes, and Outs. So, I can assume that the character next to the 3 is for "inning". The two below that are the team names (both with a score of 0).

Ugh, I would have responded earlier, but I can't log on on my phone. Mindwipe is right, there's not really anything I can translate. (Though it says bottom of the 3rd, not 3rd inning like I also originally assumed)

I can try to do the team names, but without any context of the picture or better knowledge of kanji, it'd be just best guesses as there's multiple ways to translate them, and they still wouldn't hold any actual meaning.

Well I guess it'd be easier than having to come up with new names myself. Thank you Penway. You don't have to put it in the translation notes. You can just post them in the comments since none of it is official.

The first one, 玉子野, is likely Tamagoya, but possibly Tamagono. or.. egg field hehe.

国府戸 may be Kofuto or Kokufuto, possibly some other variants, but not going to list every possible combination.
