I believe it is from an anime. You should check for the name of in the tags if you want to watch it.

It's a hentai visual novel that was also turned into an anime.
I just wish there would be more English patches for hentai visual novels or a good place withs lots of hentai novels. Hard to find some.

Basic plot is as follows:
Dude attending mostly female school is constantly bullied and belittled. He discovers the Student Council President has been using a hypnosis device to make the girls treat him this way (Why? No clue. Most be misandry). Dude precedes to steal device and use it to turn school into his harem/revenge porn paradise.
