Maybe the lack of context for the MC? I'm not exactly sure why a plant would want a woman topless.

Yeah, this is amazing. Not exactly the biggest on the vague look for stripping (making them horny and ready is what REALLY starts the engines), but for what this pic is it's wonderful.

I actually was thinking of having a text blurp on the side to explain what's going on myself, but decided I'd try and get the situation across without words instead as I draw more of her. Should that fail, I guess I could always write a short story to accompany them.

I think it's too much eye (specifically pupil?). Rather than a hypnotized movement, this looks like someone removing their top while talking to herself, caught midsentence.

There's also the drooling option.

No. Simply put, my rule is that as long as my work's at a level where I wouldn't pay to have it drawn, no one else should either. And I'm one niggardly MF'er, so don't expect any changes on that in the near future. I do have a backlog of requests, however, that I intend to return to once I've improved.
