I've actually never seen this character outside the show. After looking her up, gotta say, she looks cute from the show. Shame all the art here's only been of her bimbofied.

Hey there.
I'm the original commissioner for this pic.
I've never actually uploaded this pic here on the hub because (unlike the last time i commissioned this concept to Riffsandskulls) there is no hypnosis in it: Rouge gives Topaz this makeover and she simple likes it. XD
Oh well, more bimbo topaz on the hub is always a good thing, so thanks anyway.
