Yeah, I did something similar with my emperpep pinkie pie manips. There was no topless pic, so I spliced the top of the nude and the bottom of the clothed ones together. I imagine since the bikinis don't overlap horizontally, that's what was done here.

I use Photoshop so I just made two layers with the clothed one on top and erased Megumi's bikini from the top layer. (It's much harder to take out the pupils of their eyes without a program like that too haha)
