This is the character in the last 2 pics I uploaded, she has a habit of implanting thoughts and other fun stuff in your mind whenever you talk to her. Original description from the artist:

Into an actual character. She fucks with yer brains, but is one of the more subtle ones about it. Not the direct mind control stuff. More just... you talk to her and you aren't quite sure what's she's done in your head afterwards.
