I can relate to that, although I seem to have come full circle, since there's a new 'incident' incoming =P
Can see your art has improved since you left. Lots of nice textures, background elements, perspective.
Suggest you pay a bit of extra attention to the vanishing points and the foreshortening around her knees, cause you did really well with this, but those small elements stick out a bit. Oh, and happy birthday!
