Like I said on the post, Lilo a Stitch had a lot of missed opportunities it feels like. I don't see nearly enough of it given the subjects of other episodes too.

This episode was the one with the experiment that looked like a crown and made whoever wore it get treated like royalty and made everyone obey the wearer

And for the scene specifically, Nani was coming up to yell at Lilo for putting Lemonade in her shampoo (hence her being blonde in it) when Checkers, the experiment, hoped on Lilo's head and activated its effect.
