The definition of a 'Keter-class' SCP is that if stuck in a box, unlike a 'Safe' SCP, where the SCP will not require containment, or a Euclid, where it is unknown if it will break out or not, a Keter SCP will break out if left alone. In that definition, this Succubus would be a mix of all, as the Succubus can break out, but only if classified as Keter/Euclid. It would actually be safe, as if it was stuck in a closed box, and left alone, it couldn't break out.

To be fair, we have no idea about any other abilities of the pheromones, her reach, and any other unknown variables. I thought because stuff like 939 is Keter this would be fair to classify as Keter. but I am perfectly willing to concede that this could also count as Euklid or even safe if she doesn't have any abilities beyond what is stated here, and she doesn't need to be fed regularly.
