 | An evil character is turned good (usually accompanied by a costume change), or is otherwise made to think and act more in line with the desires of the being* that purified him/her.
*The being which purified the character must [b]not[/b] be considered evil. For example, the being might be a "good guy" in the plot of the character's story, or something else like that.
The polar opposite of [[corruption]].
