Tag type: General
A floating, often holographic element that indicates a character is under some form of control. Can be text, a symbol, a shape, or some combination thereof.
This differs from a user_interface in that it is attached to a character rather than the "screen". Generally singular in nature and not a transitory magic spell effect.
