A fictional corporation from the TV show Doctor_Who_(series).
Originating from the episode "Rise of the Cybermen/The Age of Steel", this corporation produces a form of tech_control through earbud-like devices known as "earpods". These "earpods" can download information directly into their wearer's brains and induce a trance state while doing so, but secretly can also transmit subliminal messages and commands to their wearers for their gradual conversion into a cyberman_(doctor_who). The events of the episode depicts a parallel world dominated by the corporation where most people wear their mass-produced "earpods", receiving regular downloaded transmissions, and later being commanded to march to a factory for their "cyber-conversion/upgrade".
This tag is used when an image has a character wearing the Cybus Industries earpods, depicted as circular silver devices with a blue activation light. Characters may also be depicted with blue glowing_eyes.
