Known officially as 'Asset KA,' Kay is one of only two known natural-born psychics. Biomechanically augmented in order to keep pace with her 'sisters,' Kay specializes in influencing people from long distances, often in whispers or dreams. Her targets usually do not see her until they are already deep under her control.
