Indifference causes a character to act unfazed in the face of something abnormal or dangerous. If the character is explicitly aware of their situation, and not explicitly aware how odd or threatening their situation should feel, altered_common_sense also applies. If the character is indifferent due to not understanding their situation, they're also unaware. The indifference_pool layed the foundation for this.
