Tag type: General
A female, or a character somehow otherwise expected to have breasts, which has no breasts to speak of.
In general, this tag should only be applied if the flat chest is a clearly noticeable feature of the image. For example, sometimes it's unclear if a character has breasts or simply has loose clothing; in these cases the tag should not be added.
Breast size tags, in increasing order: flat_chest, small_breasts, large_breasts, huge_breasts, hyper_breasts
