A character with extraordinarily, perhaps even unrealistically long hair, at least to the small of the back and probably further. Characters can have this tag, or just long_hair, but not both.
Current site policy is vague, but when in doubt, tag with long_hair rather than this one, or if you must, apply both tags at once.
