The nipples of a character's breasts are visible in the image.
Typically requires the following:
* The character is not male
* The nipple itself (not just one edge of the areola) is visible
* It is not simply the outline of the nipple through non-see-through clothing; in this case it's erect_nipples, but not "nipples". (For colored images, this means that coloration difference is at least partially visible.)
