Hypnosis on a grand scale, which can scale from crowds to the whole planet.
Only tag if there is evidence (explicit or implicit) that a lot of people are hypnotized. Some examples of evidence are:
* Text like narration or dialogue describing the mass hypnosis. This is usual where the numerous subs are implied to exist off screen.
* Many bystanders in the background are hypnotized, implying more off screen.
* A lot of people are shown hypnotized. As a rule of thumb "a lot" means 10 or more.
