A character's eyes contain a spiral symbol or pattern.
Not to be confused with ring_eyes, which are eyes with concentric rings and not spirals.
This tag implies symbol_in_eyes.
If the only spirals depicted are in the eyes of a character, do not tag spiral.
If the entire inside of the eye including the iris is replaced with a spiral, then tag spiralwash_eyes instead.
