It literally says below "This work was deleted" AcT's other works.
So yes, there was a way to see the artist.

In my absolute defense, I was on the mobile site (figured out why you saw something I couldn't) and wasn't seeing any indication that there was a way to see the artist

I think you're right on that actually! It's not quite as... effective as this kind, but I think it is used to treat suicidal thoughts and desires. Don't quote me on that though..
