Wether or not this pic comes from "randomu saimin animu" or not doesn't change the simple fact that the pic alone has NO "clear signs of hypnosis or mind control"
Anyway, this mess is being discussed by mods since 20 days ( according to the last post of the mod RedCollarBlackCollar's in hypnohub.net/post/show/132029 ) and hopefully, we'll get some answer soon as to what is allowed/not allowed and if they decide it is, wether or not a tag named "no_clear_signs_of_hypnosis_or_mind_control_but_comes_from_an_hypno_source" should be added, i suppose.

I'll keep saying it: Stop posting contextless screenshots like these, where the hypnosis isn't even remotely visible in the image. This is Hypnohub, not Random Hentai Screenshot-hub.
