Generally speaking, sort of?

If an artist is on the Do Not Post list then their stuff shouldnt end up here at all, and if it does it usually gets removed.

Assuming an artist is not on the DNP list, then usually it depends on the specifics, such as if it was a commission and any deal between the artists and the commissioner, or if the artist is not known for posting their works here.

If the artist don't put a message saying "Please, don't post my stuff on other pages" or request to be added to the do not post list I don't see problem as long as the person use your artist tag and gives the source. Although even if the artist isn't on the do not post list, they can request a picture deletetion.

(Although this is an AI Art... so I'm not sure how are the rules for this kind of pictures since the artist is the AI, unless you manniped the results)

For starters, if you don't want this happen again, send a message to the moderators and request to be added to the do not post list, so if someone upload your content, that picture can be deleted in an easier way.

Quick elaboration from a mod:

Anyone can upload anything regardless of who made it as long as it doesn't violate the rules of the site (explicit underage, excessive guro, paysite content ect.) and is properly sourced/tagged, almost every booru-style site works like this.

Artists that don't want their work uploaded here can either flag it for deletion or get in touch with a moderator through the DNP forum topic forum #105977, site mail, discord or any other means to get their name added to the Do Not Post list. At which point we'll make sure that any content of theirs is removed from the site and no new works are added.
