I know it’s been a while since we’ve seen Velai in action, but here she is making her triumphant return, showing off one of her favorite powers (and hobbies). Velai’s special brand of latex: Hypnotex, not only weakens the wearer’s will and arouses their senses, it also has another power when Velai uses it…
It can transform the fabric of any clothing it touches into Hypnotex as well! Velai sends out tendrils of Hypnotex from her fingers/body and attach them to any type of clothing and convert it into Hypnotex in a matter of seconds.
One of her favorite ways of recruiting new members to her cause is shown in this very comic, done by the ever lovely BlackWidow69x. Velai selects a target and waits for the perfect time to strike. She then sends some tendrils towards the target and makes the magic transformation happen. Usually the sudden shock from the effects of the Hypnotex would be enough to make any regular person orgasm right on the spot and fall under her spell. But for some with stronger wills, they might be able to fight off the urges… at least for a little bit. However, Velai likes watching these ones struggle just as much as seeing the quick eruptions of pleasure from the less fortified minds. She’ll let them fight it for a bit, then swoop in for the finishing blow, with a long, passionate kiss.
That moment of surprise alone is almost always enough to break the target’s concentration enough to make them lose the fight against their carnal desires, just like what happened with Yukari here, and they crumble and start doing whatever they can to reach that release, completely broken but so alive and in love.
